We stand behind the quality of everything we sell. Customer satisfaction is our highest priority. If you don't like a product for any reason, even if it is not our fault, you are encouraged to send it back for a full refund (minus shipping) within 20 days. You need to email us (info@mondusdistinction.com) first to receive an RMA (Return Material Authorization) number. If an item is returned without an RMA number, it will incur a 10% restocking fee.

Manufacture defect: If an item has a factory defect in material or workmanship, we will refund the original shipping cost as well, and pay to have it returned to us. Returned items must be in resellable condition, and must be returned within 14 days from receipt with the original carton, packaging and receipt.

Mail Order Damaged Merchandise: Retain all packaging and contact us at info@mondusdistinction.com within 10 days from receipt.

Prices are in Canadian dollars and include taxes. We ship your gifts locally in Ottawa, nationally within Canada, and worldwide to homes and gardens across the globe.
