Orders are sent via Canada Post unless otherwise specified. Mondus Distinction ships worldwide.

Merchandise bought at Mondus Distinction are delivered by regular service and should arrive at final destination 1 to 21 days after the order has been processed. Please wait seven days to notify us if your merchandise does not arrive. We will then file a tracer with the carrier. Upon notification from the carrier of non-delivery, the merchandise will be replaced or a credit applied, or a refund check issued at your option.

Usually, Regular Parcel is a Shipping and Delivery Service that provides delivery within 2 business days local, 3 to 5 business days regional, and 4 to 9 business days national, between most major urban centres. Occasionally, circumstances beyond our control will require additional shipping time such as Holiday seasons, large orders, custom items and special orders.

Priority Courier is the Shipping and Delivery Service that provides delivery by noon next day for local and regional, and noon next day to 1 day for national, between most major urban centres.

Xpresspost is the Shipping and Delivery Service that provides delivery next day local, 1 to 2 days regional, and 2 days national, between most major urban centres.

To simplify shipping and handling charges, we organize costs by the dollar amount of your order. Note that these charges apply per individual address. Please remember that heavy and oversized products (like fountains) may require an extra shipping charge. In this situation, we will call you for an estimate.

*Prices under $75 apply for Quebec and Ontario shipping addresses. For all the other provinces in Canada and US, please add $5 to the total shipping fees. Please note that there are no shipping fees for the Ottawa (Canada) residents.
